Questions about billing
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the app or your account page and your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund?
If Kaza is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it, no questions asked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and local methods depending on your country, through Stripe. We never see your card details.
Do prices include tax?
Where sales tax or VAT applies, the price you see is the price you pay.
